Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days after the shipment arrival date. Please see our returns policy and instructions on our Returns page.
I think my package is lost, what do I do?
We always strive to provide the best possible service. In case your package was lost or you received it damaged please reach out to service@deverce.co so we can help you as soon as possible.
Why don’t you ship worldwide?
We are working on it and hope to expand our shipping reach in the near future.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

Other credit cards are not accepted but can possibly be added to a PayPal account after which you can then pay your order on our website using PayPal.

What can I do if my payment has failed?
There may be several reasons for why payment for an order has failed. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team by emailing service@deverce.co and we will help you.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Depending on your bank account it may take up to 7 days to receive your refund. You will receive the payment back on the account that you also paid from.
Sizing
What is my size?
Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your wrist and select the correct size. Please see our Size Chart on our page What is my size?
My wrist size falls exactly between two sizes, what do i do?
If your wrist measurement falls between two bracelet sizes, consider your preference: choose the smaller size for a tight fit, or the larger size for a looser fit.

Are your bracelets hypoallergenic?
DEVERCE buckles are made of hypoallergenic stainless steel, making them safe for most sensitive skin types. If you have specific material allergies regarding the rest of the bracelet, please feel free to reach out to service@deverce.co
Warranty
How long is the warranty term?
In case any defects still occur, then all DEVERCE products are covered with a full one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What should I do if a defect occurs?
To have replacement covered under this warranty period, please reach out to service@deverce.co Please include your name, order number, a detailed description of the issue and a photo as proof.
