Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your DEVERCE product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted, and will therefore not be refunded.

Once your order arrives at our warehouse, it takes about 1–3 business days to process. After that, please allow another 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

A €5 return fee applies to each return and will be deducted from your total refund. To get started, register your return through our portal below for your shipping label.

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, please return your original items using the link above and place a new order online. This ensures your new products are on their way to you immediately. We’ll take care of your refund as soon as your return arrives.
